Mechanical Components Repair Company

The passion for working on diesel engines started way back in year 1980 when the promoter of RA Power use to work on the diesel engine manufactured by Gebr of Germany. It started with working on single cylinder 26 horsepower diesel engines used for construction equipment, pumps, tractors, etc. 

All the engineering aspects while working in the manufacturing unit were understood including balancing of crankshafts, assembly of complete engine taking trials and quality aspects of the diesel engines.

The non availability of the workshops having latest crankshaft grinding equipment motivated the promoters to have the facility of crankshaft grinding in early 90s. When for the high capacity diesel engines there were no uptodate facilities meeting with the requirement of the manufactures like Wartsila, Mireless Blackstone, Caterpillar, etc.  In this case the companies have to disassemble the engine, packed the crankshaft and send it to the workshop for repairs. This resulted to the increase in downtime of the diesel generating sets which were used as a prime source of power.

The concept of onsite crankshaft grinding becomes commercially populate in early 2000 and RA Power Solutions was established in year 2006. It has a credit of successfully executed repair of more than 1000 crankshaft, turbine shaft, and alternator shaft all over the world irrespective of the maker of engine, pump, turbines, etc.
